Mary Ann Rosenberg, B.S., M.Acc, C.P.A.
PARTNER

For over ten years, Mary Ann has been a full partner at Wilson, specializing in tax preparation for U.S. and foreign individuals, real estate partnerships and businesses. From her early years at Ernst & Young she worked with high net-worth clients, and later managed all tax compliance and planning for a multi-state hospital management company.

With a B.S. in Psychology and a Masters in Accountancy from University of Florida, Mary Ann is well equipped to work with clients one-on-one to address tax planning issues and solutions. She is focused on offering proactive, customer oriented tax services and treating every client as a priority.

Whether at the office or home, Mary Ann is a pioneer. She grew up on a cattle ranch, and loves visiting the western plains and the big skies of Montana. She enjoys hiking, camping and world travel. Even at home she and her husband took on and completed the adventure of a year-long renovation of their 1926 house.

When she's not volunteering at her daughter's school, Mary Ann enjoys practicing yoga, swimming and reading. An American Childhood by Annie Dillard is a recent, rediscovered favorite.

Mary Ann's professionalism and approachability are pillars of the Wilson partnership. She provides tax solutions to clients looking for services that go beyond the status quo of most firms—such as junior partners, high costs and rote services. Mary Ann continues to lead the way at Wilson, creating a firm that is client-focused, forward-thinking and globally aware.
